As a small, independent business we have the flexibility to respond to your needs and always make every effort to accommodate special requests. If you desire items not covered in our menu, just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Chef Chateau Catering opened in 1999 and has served the local community excellent breakfast, lunches and dinners ever since. We work with corporate, social and wedding clientele closely creating an eclectic combination of foods and services designed to tantalize every palate. We capture the best of our culinary creativity and match that your own tastes and preferences to create an outstanding menu and presentation at any event.

Chef Chateau can assist you in every aspect of your event from the planning and development through the finale of the event. We can supply non alcoholic beverages, coffee stations, punch/champagne fountains, chocolate fountains, carving and action stations, hors d’oeuvre and meal buffets, elite sit down meal services, servers, bartenders, linens, china, buffet decor, and anything else you can think of to make your event spectacular.

Owner/Chef: Bruce Hill

Chef Chateau Catering was the brainchild of Bruce Hill, a gourmet cook and long time foodie. Growing up in Kansas City, KS, Chef Hill began his forte in cooking helping his mother cook for their large family. From there he began working in local restaurants quickly advancing the ladder.

He later attended Culinary School graduation with honors and from there traveled the country gaining experience and knowledge along the way. From prep cook to Sous Chef to Executive Chef to business owner, Chef Hill’s standards have remained the same.
